Each GP within the UK has a designated local area boundary to help ensure all patients within the UK have access to health care and services. We welcome any patients who wish to register with the practice from all areas including inside or outside of the local West Heath area. Although all our services are offered and available to patients, we unfortunately are unable to offer patient home visits outside of the practice boundary as shown below.
